Use headings and subheadings

• For one author:

• For more authors :

• For an organization or agency, use abbreviation and year:

• Same author:

• Use - concise, accurate, writing; good explanatory flow

colloquialism anthropomorphism content - free sentences quantity-free or direction-free words

cosmic filler excessive quoting intrusive writer using names of references
