I am delighted to be here today to tell you about social network, this is such a familiar topic that many people make a stand for I will tell you something about the background of advantages and disadvantages of social media Social network is the best way to introduce yourself to everybody You can talk about character, hobby, or your own opinion on social network which we can get many advantaged opportunities to develop your ability It also helps us discover many things important that other media can not The fact that when people join social network, they will live with themselves, nobody can prevent them from drawing their own imagery They are able to express themselves to the world around where social network is easy to connect and share for people to receive different reactions In addition to this, any kinds of social network is easy to use, so it create favourable conditions for studies as well as relationship with job of users Especially teenagers, it will bring them many chances to achieve what they have set such as earning money, finding a good job If you want to start your own restaurant, just create a website on the internet and all activities must engage people even unknown, it’s easy to have support of somebody Pictures, sizes and prices will be posted in public, there is not only no considerable expense, but also profit on this service is not really small It proves that social media is very excellent for people who know how to use it well The biggest benefit of social network is that they can help us connect people together, even those we lost contact with a long time ago In fact, There are some thrilling story about social network that after hearing, you will not believe in Many people who had lost their relatives, friends, cousins can easily get together by chance on social network as Facebook, Tweeter To be specific, Nguyen Van Chung Composer found his long-lost boy because of Facebook, or a Vietnamese women find her benefactor after long time loosing due to Facebook, and there are many incredible story social network bring users, I mean it bring us happiness, love to make our life more beautiful As I have said at the beginning of my presentation, social networks are extremely useful for everybody However, they also have some drawbacks Firstly, they reduce the interaction between people Imagine you were always attact your eyes on facebook or zalo, what would your relatives and friends feel ? Some kinds of social media are addictive to people who could not help themselves They spent too much time on Facebook, Tweeter, they even forgot to eat or sleep, they don’t care about studies, job…, it will cause big problems such as being unhealthy, studies decrease, even badly affect to development and relationship of a person and the whole society Secondly, using social network is likely to contact with unhealthy information Nowadays, ways of controlling quality and content of posted information on social networks is a big problem for admistrators of the net It is not strange when we see sexy pictures or bad video clips Especially teenager, because their being curiosity, they want to discover everything although they know it is very bad Nothing can prevent them from finding out something new Therefore, teenager can easily be used for bad purpose, or they can access unreal information, that’s extremely bad Furthermore, focusing on facebook or zalo is time- consuming and even has bad effect on our eyes Social network play an important role in our life, so it affect both good side and bad side to daily life of every people It’s brilliant if people use it significantly, don’t be a slave of social media Try to take advantages of social network, and automatically realise what is the best choice
