Knowledge: Tell Ss how to learn English 8 and its syllabus b. skill : c. behavior : Ss will be aware of the importance and the necessary of English and get way how to learn English 2. Oral test : (5’) • Warm up: Greeting and ask Ss some questions - What is your name? - Do you like to learn English? b. New lesson: (35’) * Text book: Consists of 16 units with 6 topics such as: Personal information; Information; Education; Health; Community; Recreation and the world around us. In each unit consists of 7 part but we learn about 5 or 6 periods for each unit as follow: - Lesson 1: Getting started - Lesson 2: Speak - Lesson 3: Listen - Lesson 4: Read - Lesson 5: Writing - Lesson 6: Language focus * Work book: It’s useful and good for you, it usually goes long with the text book, do all the exercises each lesson or each unit * Note book: It use for writing the important target language items (vocabulary, grammar, structure … ) Write clearly and scientifically * Some other school things: Pen, pencil, ruler, eraser * Activities in class: 1 English 8 - Lò Thị Vĩnh Trường PTDT Nội trú Bắc Yên - pay attention to the T’s explanation - follow the T’s requirements - Keep silent and involve in all the activities when the T requires * Work at home: - Learn by heat vocabulary, grammar, structure, practice reading, writing, speaking, listening, do the exercises in the work book c. summery: (3’) d.
