ABSTRACT

Vietnam's tourism industry is growing and making a significant contribution to the country's economy According to the Ministry of Finance statistics, in 2017, Vietnam welcomed 13 million international visitors, up 30% compared to 2016 and

74 million domestic tourists, an increase of approximately 20% and direct revenue from tourism guests reached over 500,000 billion VND, equivalent to 23 billion USD and contributed about 7.5% to Vietnam's GDP Sharing the national trend, the tourism industry of Dalat city is also growing, and becoming a spearhead economic sector of the city

'D/DW¶VWRXULVPLQGXVWU\LVDWDVWDEOHJURZWKVWDJH:LWKWKHDGYDQWDJHRIFOLPDWHand landscape, more and more domestic and foreign tourists choose Da Lat to be the place to visit According to statistics of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province, in 2017, Da Lat welcomed more than 6 million visitors (an increase of 8% compared to 2016)

The research results show the impact of co-creation on service value, satisfaction and intention to reuse the service of visitors In addition, the research results can be used as a reference source for planning policies and strategies to develop the tourism-service industry of Da Lat city
