Trang 5I GIỚI THIỆU CÔNG NGHỆ SẢN XUẤT
- Để sản xuất xút clo, phương pháp điện phân muối ăn hay còn gọi là công nghệ sản xuất xút-clo là phương pháp đem lại hiệu quả cao, đã được ứng dụng vào sản xuất trên quy mô công nghiệp từ hơn 100 năm nay3

Trang 7Cơ sở phương pháp điện phân qua màng trao đổi ion
Sản xuất xút 32% NaOH theo phương pháp điện phân nước muối trong thùng điện phân có màng trao đổi ion
2 Khi có dòng điện, ion Na+ di chuyển từ catotanot qua màng, ion Cl- vẫn ở catot
3 Ion Cl- di chuyển đến catot, giải phóng e tạo khí cl2 trên catot
4 Nước cấp vào sẽ tách thành ion H+ và OH-, khi có điện, ion OH- di chuyển về catot nhưng bị chặn bởi màng.
5 Ion OH- và ion Na+ đi từ catot kết hợp với nhau tạo xút NaOH trên anot

Trang 9II Quy trình công nghệ sản xuất
Các bước trong dây chuyền công nghệ:
1.Công đoạn xử lý nước muối sơ cấp và thứ cấp:
• Nguyên liệu muối từ kho chứa được đưa vào thiết bị hòa tan băng tải: + Kết tủa các ion ảnh hưởng đén quá trình điện phân: ca2+, mg2+, so42- bằng Na2co3
+ Tách kết tủa cùng tạp chất không tan bằng thiết bị lắng
+ Nước muối ra khỏi thiết bị lằng được trung hoa, gia nhiệt và khử các ion hòa tan như ca2+ mg2+… còn lại trong dung dịch dưới dạng vết ppm nhờ cột trao đổi ion
+ Cuối cùng thu được nước muối có độ tinh khiết cao
2.Công đoạn điện phân
+ Hệ thống điện phân hoạt động theo công nghệ màng trao đổi ion + Thùng điện phân sử dụng là thùng điện phân lưỡng cực, chứa các ngắn lưỡng cực lắp nối tiếp nhau, gồm một mặt anot và 1 catot và màng trao đổi ion
+ Hệ thống đường ống phân phối nước muối vào từng ngăn Anot, catot
+ Dưới tác dụng dòng 1 chiều, ion Na+ di chuyến qua màng, kết hơp với ion OH-, ion Cl- phóng điện trên Catot tạo khí Cl2 và xút NaOH trên anot.
+ Thu được nồng độ xút là 32% và nước muối ra khỏi bình cpnf nồng độ 220g/l gọi là nước muối nghèo được đưa tới công đoạn tiếp.

3.Xử lý nước muối nghèo:
+ Trong quá trình sản xuất tạo sản phẩm phụ khong mong muốn là ion Clo- và clo3- tồn tại trong nước nghèo có hại với quá trinh tái bão hòa nước muối
+ Xử lý nước muối nghèo bằng cách:
- Dùng Hcl phân hủy clo3-, clo- thành cl2
+ Khí Cl2 tách ra bằng cách giảm áp suất riêng phần trên bề mặt dung dịch hoặc dung dịch na2co3 sẽ loại bỏ hoàn tòan lượng cl2 khỏi nước muối nghèo
4.Công đoạn điều dụng Xút và Clo
+ Dung dịch xút NaOh 32% ra khỏ thùng điện phân được đưa vào thùng chứa và đem đi tiêu thụ
+ Ngoài ra còn có hệ thống bồn chứa, bơm , bộ gia nhiệt để cung cáp xút loãng khi khởi động lại dây chuyền
+ Khí Clo được làm nguội, điều chỉnh áp suất thích hợp và đem đi tiêu thụ

• Công nghệ và hệ thống điều khiển đơn giản
• Tiêu hoa điện năng ít

• An toàn và bảo vệ môi trường
3 Điện năng tiêu thụ:
• Tổng nhu cầu năng lượng (quy đổi toàn bộ thành điện 1 chiều) là 3360kWh/tấn Naoh
