Trang 4Executive Summary
Our project is to study how to manage students' time and work
most effectively Our research uses real-world reference sources and
reliable information obtained from the survey As a result, after
implementing the team's project work, we took a more objective view
of how students manage their time and work from the 21 responses we
received from the survey
Introduction
Time management is the ability to plan and organize one's time
effectively It is an essential skill for students, as they have to juggle
many different demands on their time, such as classes, homework,
extracurricular activities, and jobs The best time management
technique for a particular student will depend on their individual needs
and preferences However, all students can benefit from learning how
to manage their time effectively This report will discuss the
importance of time management for students, as well as some specific
time management techniques that students can use The report will
also provide tips for students who are struggling to manage their time

an overview
of the report
2 The plan is complete
Stage 1: We define the research topic by combining team members
They search and curate authoritative websites on social media impact
to make information specific, manageable, and trustworthy Our tool
used Google, a dedicated search engine It can be especially useful for
finding articles, documents, and dissertations Thanks to online search
activities, we found the necessary information for the project paper
Trang 5Stage 2: We chose a survey method by asking people to fill out a
form of five questions on the topic of student work and study time
management Our subjects are 21 students randomly entering a class
of FPT University Can Tho We received a very prompt response from
you Thereby, getting a preliminary understanding of the student's
status
Stage 3: After obtaining important information, we synthesize and
approve the opinions of team members to select the right content for
the project Finally, complete the project with a group project report
Results
Question 1: Are students responsible for managing their study time and working effectively?
100% of students think that they are responsible for managing their
study and work time
This is a signal that the vast majority of students have a positive
mindset about their time management
Next is the question that is quite difficult for the majority of people
Question 2: Should students prioritize study over work?
So far we have seen the contradiction of survey opinions, there are 14
people (66.7%) yes, 7 people (33.3%) balanced, and 0 (0%) no, on the
issue of should Prioritize study over work
Trang 6Whether studying should take precedence over work depends on your
personal circumstances and goals In general, though, it's a good idea
to prioritize your studies, especial ou're still in school or if you're
just starting your career Of cour ere are also some benefits to
working while you're studying For example, working can help you gain
experience and make connections in your field It can also save you
money on your education Ultimately, deciding whether to prioritize
your studies or work is a personal one However, if you are serious
about your career, I suggest you make your studies a priority This will
give you the best possible chance of success
Balancing work and study can be challenging, but it's doable with
careful planning and effort By prioritizing your studies, you can give
yourself the best possible chance of success in your career
Question 3: Should students ask their professors for help if
they have difficulty managing their time?
Most people think that it is advisable to ask for help from experienced
people That makes perfect sense, if you're in trouble, ask for help
Question 4: Can students find resources to help them manage
their time effectively?
100% of people agree that they should look for resources to help them
manage their study and work time
Trang 7Question 5: Can students avoid procrastination by setting
realistic deadlines for themselves and breaking large tasks
down into smaller ones?
Yes, students can avoid procrastination by setting realistic deadlines
for themselves and breaking large tasks into smaller ones Here are
some reasons why:
Setting realistic deadlines helps students stay on track When
students know when they need to have a task completed by, they
are less likely to put it off until the last minute
Breaking large tasks into smaller ones makes them seem less
daunting When a task seems too big or overwhelming, it can be
easy to procrastinate But if the task is broken down into smaller,
more manageable steps, it seems less daunting and students are
more likely to get started
Setting deadlines and breaking tasks down into smaller ones
helps students stay motivated When students know what they
need to do and when they need to do it, they are more likely to
stay motivated and avoid procrastination
Question 6: Should students use a time management app or
website to help them manage their time?
Students can use a time management app or website to help them
manage their time There are many different time management apps
Trang 8and websites available, so students can choose one that fits their
needs and preferences Of course, using a time management app or
website is not a guarantee of success Students still need to be
disciplined and motivated in order to use the app effectively However,
a time management app can be a helpful tool for students who are
struggling to manage their time
Question 7: Can students achieve a good work-life balance by
setting boundaries between work and personal time?
Students can achieve a good work-life balance by setting boundaries
between work and personal time It's also important to remember that
everyone's work-life balance is different What works for one person
may not work for another The key is to find what works best for you
and stick to it Setting boundaries between work and personal time is
important for everyone, but it can be especially challenging for
students By following these tips, students can achieve a good
work-life balance and avoid burnout

results to the expected results:

Can Tho University Student
Survey
FPT University students need poetry to participate in the survey
received 21 responses 21 nses from random students
how to manage study and
Our survey builds on what we've found to let you know what students
commonly think about how to manage their study and work time We
are satisfied with our survey results
Trang 9This is a small study to find out how students manage their study and
work time at university Although this is the group's first report, the
number of survey participants and the actual results obtained have
met the group's expectations This survey provided us with useful
information and the research process went smoothly The students who
participated in the survey gave useful personal opinions to help our
team complete the research better The data presented in this report
are not representative of all undergraduate students because the
subject and scope of the study were limited to a small group of
students Please read this report as a reference article with an
objective perspective
Recommendations
Here are some lessons learned from the project that we would
like to share with future projects:
We encourage groups to create a common goal for the
group so that everyone can share the same goal
When there is a common goal, each individual in the group
must try to complete the assigned work so as not to affect
the progress and results of the group
Besides, the team leader should clearly assign work, have a
specific completion time and be suitable for each ability of
each team member
Those are the suggestions that we think will help improve
everyone's ability to work as a team
