I INTRODUCTION

I once heard a saying, “I can accept failure; everyone fails at something But I can’t accept not trying." Life is never easy for anyone If we want to achieve results, we must definitely overcome those difficulties and challenges Just as rivers never flow straight, life never runs out of challenges But in exchange for success, we must be brave and strong to overcome them The higher the challenge, the greater the success.

Challenges are factors that cause difficulties, hinder the implementation of a job, a plan, or a certain potential that force people to overcome It exists as an inevitable rule in the operation and growth of each individual as well as the entire society.

Life is a roller coaster of uncertainty You have two options: either accept it and relish the ride while gleefully picking up life lessons along the way, or choose to rebel against all of life’s obstacles and detest every second of the trip Whereas the latter deprives you of any potential for personal growth or development, the former allows you to grow and learn from such obstacles, ultimately making you a better person overall.

Even though “better” could vary depending on the context, “better” always refers to improved No matter where you are in life, you can always get better Life will inevitably present challenges, but you may rise to the occasion Every one of them presents a chance for development and advancement The ultimate objective is to become the best version of yourself by applying the lessons you acquire as you mature.

1.1 Problems with education

Problems in life are things that we cannot avoid The university years can be either a daunting or funny period of a student’s life Nowadays, university students face many difficulties and concerns that affect their academics and careers if not

spotted and dealt with carefully The environment is new to them Culture shocks are not uncommon, and it will take time for them to adjust to the new environment So, a big part of transitioning to university life is learning to adapt to the differences between university and high school You :

Academic performance is arguably the most crucial aspect of the college experience Dealing with the intense workload, rigorous course and homework, as well as the high expectations set by themselves or others in their lives, can lead to stress and self-doubt.

1.2 Other social problems

Of course, we deal with a lot of issues in our daily lives in addition to our academic struggles Firstly, financial troubles can significantly impact students’s college experience Tuition fees, costly textbooks, accommodation expenses, and daily necessities often strain their budgets.

Secondly, is health issues, including irregular sleep patterns, unhealthy eating habits, mental exhaustion, or some illness, significantly affect the students.

Thirdly, is the relationship Building and maintaining connections with people can be challenging, especially while simultaneously navigating the demands of college life

Finally, academic decisions represent another problem in a college student’s journey, shaping the students’ educational paths and influencing their future career opportunities From selecting their major to arranging their workload and evaluating potential career paths, such decisions can feel daunting and overwhelming.

How many of us can genuinely declare that we look forward to every obstacle life throws our way? Others may be quite challenging, even though certain trials can be thrilling and stretch us to uncover talents and capabilities we never realized we had The difficulties we face in life are diverse, and what could be thrilling to one person may be overpowering to another.

Often, Our first reaction when faced with what we perceive as a challenge is a feeling of fear, anxiety, upset, sadness, anger, guilt, embarrassment, shame, or depression.

People frequently experience negative feelings when difficulties arise There are many different emotions, such as fear, humiliation, and frustration Problems frequently dominate our thoughts, keeping us up at night and placing a heavy burden on our shoulders It may only take a very minor difficulty to give us enormous distress if we already have a lot to deal with In response, we could withdraw, lash out, or even hurt ourselves or someone else.

Besides, When we encounter what we believe to be a challenge, we frequently engage in our behavior of either the fight, flight, or freeze response However, we can overcome the stress response if we can stop, take a deep breath, and exit our heads and into our hearts.

On the other hand, Some people are naturally good at coping and tend not to get distressed They tend to be flexible and adaptable and are skilled at asking for and taking help.

They regard it as a step forward in their growth and prosperity When faced with obstacles, they will be enthusiastic and self-assured and will make every effort to conquer them without any stress or fear.

3 Benefits of challenges

Firstly, challenges help personal growth Challenges can help you grow as a person.

When you face a challenge and overcome it, you learn new things about yourself and your abilities You also develop a sense of resilience and determination.

Secondly, challenges help you increased your confidence When you successfully complete a challenge, your confidence grows You learn that you are capable of achieving things that you may have thought were impossible This can lead to a more positive outlook on life and a greater sense of self-worth.

Thirdly, challenges help you have new opportunities Challenges can open up new opportunities for you When you show that you are willing to take on difficult tasks, people will be more likely to give you opportunities to grow and develop This can lead to new jobs, promotions, and other benefits.

Finally, challenges help you have a sense of accomplishment When you complete a challenge, you feel a sense of accomplishment This is a great feeling that can boost your mood and make you feel good about yourself.

4 Dealing with life’s challenges

When we face difficulties in life, we must do it with courage and take the following particular steps to find solutions:

Accept reality: First, accept that challenges are a natural part of life and cannot be avoided By accepting this reality, we can focus on finding ways to solve and overcome the challenge instead of getting angry or denying it.

Analyze the problem: Set a goal to thoroughly analyze the problem or challenge we are facing Understanding the causes, impacts, and related factors can help us find effective solutions.

Find creative solutions: Instead of getting stuck in old thinking and traditional approaches, look for creative solutions and explore new directions Sometimes, applying different methods or thinking without prejudice can bring unexpected and effective results.

Seek support: Don't be afraid to ask for help from those around you Family, friends, or the community can provide both emotional and physical support Additionally, seeking advice from experienced people or reaching out to support groups can provide encouragement and helpful information.

Develop skills and knowledge: See challenges as an opportunity to grow and learn Learn and master the skills needed to face that challenge, whether through reading books, taking courses or learning from reliable sources of information.

Reflect and train yourself: Reflect on past experiences and learn from them Develop sensitivity and self-awareness to better understand your emotions, strengths, and limitations Practice patience, perseverance and perseverance in life to face challenges strongly
