trường, sàn nhà xưởng, khu vực sản xuất sẽ, khô ráo,không bốc mùi ẩm mốc (quét dọn lau chùi cọ rữa sàn nhà lần ngày vào cuối ngày làm việc) không để phát sinh ruồi nhặng, côn trùng sở sản xuất (phun thuốc diệt ruồi, muỗi, côn trùng tháng lần) Điều 1.2: Thùng chứa rác phải có nắp đậy, cách xa khu vực sản xuất 20m, phải chuyển đổ hàng ngày Các loại vật liệu, phế liệu, chất thải phải để nơi quy định Điều 1.3: Hệ thống cống rãnh khu vực sản xuất phải thơng thốt, khơng ứ động, khơng lộ thiên, cống phải cố nắp đậy Điều 1.4: Những người không phận không vào khu vực Điều 1.5: Tắc thiết bị sau sử dụng, Các van nước sau sử dụng phải khóa kín II Đối với dụng cụ dùng để sản xuất Điều 2.1: Các thiết bị, máy móc, dụng cụ sản xuất trước sau làm việc phải vệ sinh Điều 2.2: Các vật dụng làm vệ sinh (cây lau nón,khẩu trang, găng tay, dép Điều 3.7: CB – CNV phải giữ gìn sẽ, gịn gang nơi làm việc mình, vệ sinh khu vực sản xuất, máy thiết bị phụ trách sau ngày làm việc định kì theo công ty quy định, Không để quần áo , tư trang khu vực sản xuất Điều 3.8: Giữ gìn vệ sinh cá nhân sẽ, cắt ngắn giữ móng tay , rửa tay xà phịng trước sau sản xuất Điếu 3.9: Khơng ăn uống, nhai kẹo cao su hay hút thuốc khu vực sản xuất khu vực nhà ăn tập thể (trừ khu vực cho phép) Điều 3.10: Nhân viên trưc tiếp sản xuất chế biến phải học kiến thức ATVSTP, phải khám sức khỏe trước tuyển dụng, khám sức khỏe định kì hàng năm sau tuyển dụng xét nghiệm phân năm lần,được hướng dẫn cơng việc quy trình cơng việc phải nắm vững trách nhiệm công việc mà làm Điều 3.11: Phải báo cho phụ trách đơn vị biết thân đồng nghiệp bị bệnh da hay
