INFORMATION ABOUT NEW CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE DISSERTATION Dissertation title: The management of green space system of tourism cities in the Red River Delta and North-East Coast of Vietnam, set Ninh Binh urban area as an example Specialisation in: Urban Management and Construction Code: 62.58.01.06 PhD Candidate: Luong Tien Dung Superviser: Assoc.Prof., PhD.Arch Tran Trong Hanh Training institutions: Hanoi Architectural University The first new contribution: Common Issues a) Define the green space system, contributing to the definition of green spaces in Circular 06/2013 / TT-BXD dated 13 May 2013 of the Ministry of Construction b) Classify the green space system systematically, contributing to the improvement of the green space classification as stated in Land Law, Urban Planning Law, Law on Forest Protection and Development (2004) and Decree No 64/2010 / NDCP dated 11/6/2010 of the Government on urban tree management c) Clarify the decentralization of state management of green space and state management of green space, the Local Government Law (2015), Urban Planning Law (2009); Forest Protection and Development Law (2014) and Cultural Heritage Law (revised 2009) d) Develop a scientific basis for state management of green tourism urban areas, especially principles and indicators, including 28applied indicators in planning and planning management of the green space system, which some research and doctoral dissertation topics, master dissertation has not mentioned or mentioned incomprehensive The second new contribution: Solutions to the management of green tourism urban space systems The dissertation has identified three key tasks for the development and improvement of the legal framework and tools for managing the green tourism system in the Red River Delta and the North East Coast Regarding the management of the green space system in the fields, the following recommendations were proposed in the dissertation: (i) Innovative model for designing green space planning schemes on the basis of finalization of regulations in the Law on Urban Planning (2009) enclosed with a diagram of the process of making and implementing green space planning; green space development control model as planned; (ii)on management of investment field, development and construction, it proposed a model for managing investment in development and construction of green spaces in tourist cities that Decree No 11/2013 / ND -CP of the Government has not mentioned; (iii) on management of exploitation and use field, the dissertation proposes selfmanagement models of limited green space in tourist cities; (iv) a unified model of governance based on the "The steering committee and coordinating organ" The solution to organize the management system of green tourism urban system aims to strengthen the coordination between the state management agencies, but increase the staff and management focal point New Contribution: Developing Direction for Development and Management of Green Urban System in Ninh Binh Based on the master plan of Ninh Binh urban area up to 2030 with a vision to 2050 being approved, the dissertation has proposed: (i) complete "planning and zoning green space management " which Decision No 1266 / QĐ-Ttg dated 28/7/2014 of the Prime Minister has not been identified) (ii) research the regulations governing the management of green space in Ninh Binh; (iii) the model for organizing the development and development of green space in Ninh Binh urban area, which is not mentioned in Decision No 25/2016 / QĐ-UBND dated October PhD Candidate Luong Tien Dung
