UNIT 7: MY FAVOURITE SPORTS AND GAMES Lesson A Aims: Sts will be able - to ask and answer questions about one’s favourite sports and games B Language focus: A: What’s your favourite sport/ game? B: It’s table tennis/ blind man’s bluff C Teaching aids: student’s Book Tieng Anh 5, pictures, recording, flashcards D Teaching steps: Teacher’s activities Warmer (5’): Sts played Jumbled Letters with sport words that they have learnt before: football, swimming, chess, badminton I New lesson (25’) Look, listen and repeat - Ask students to open their Student’s Book on P55 Get them to read the title and the pics to identify the characters Set the context: You are going to hear Tom and Quan talking about their favourite sports and games Elicit sts’ answers: Who is this? What are they talking about?
