UNIT 9: WHAT DID YOU SEE AT THE ZOO? Lesson 3(1, 2, 3) Date of planing: 02/12/2018 Date of teaching : 5A -03/12, 5B,5C 04/12/2018 I Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to - Listen and repeat words, listen and underline - Do the chant “At the circus” - Develop Ss writing and listening skills * Language contents: - Pattern sentences: “What did you do…? – I…” Word stress: when, go, went, yesterday, tigers, do, there, roared, loudly Skills: listening, reading and writing II Teaching methods: - Communicative approach - Techniques: + Ask and answer (say individually) + Work in pairs/ groups III Teaching aids: Teacher: pupil’s and teacher’s book, picture, CD, cassette and falshcards Pupils: book, notebook, workbook IV Procedures: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities A Class organization Good morning/ afternoon! Who is absent today? Good morning/ afternoon!
