UNIT 9: WHAT DID YOU SEE AT THE ZOO? Lesson 1(1, 2, 3) Date of planing: 25/11/2018 Date of teaching : 5A -26/11, 5B,5C 27/11/2018 I Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to - ask and answer questions about the animals they saw at the zoo, using What did you see at the zoo? * Language contents: Vocabulary: python, peacock gorilla 2.Structure: A:What did you see at the zoo? B: I saw Skills: listening, speaking and reading II Teaching methods: - Communicative approach - Techniques: + Ask and answer (say individually) + Work in pairs/ groups + Discuss III Teaching aids: Teacher: pupil’s and teacher’s book, picture, CD, cassette and falshcards Pupils: book, notebook, workbook IV Procedures: Teacher’s activities A Class organization Good morning/ afternoon!
