số thành viên tham gia vào tổ chức trị xã hội, số người hỗ trợ hộ gia đình khó khăn (cho mượn tiền), khoản đóng góp vào hoạt động cộng đồng, hoạt động hội nhóm khoản giao tế hộ gia đình Phần lớn thang đo chưa ứng dụng nghiên cứu trước Bên cạnh đó, đề tài cịn phát tác động mạnh mẽ, tích cực đa dạng hóa thu nhập đến thu nhập hộ gia đình Dựa vào kết nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất khuyến nghị nhằm tăng thu nhập tăng khả đa dạng hóa thu nhập hộ gia đình với việc tăng vốn xã hội cá nhân, hộ gia đình địa bàn nghiên cứu Luận án hồn thành mục tiêu đề Kết nghiên cứu phát điểm mới, đóng góp vào kho tàng khoa học thực tiễn Luận án góp phần lấp đầy khoảng trống nghiên cứu liên quan đến vốn xã hội, việc làm, thu nhập đa dạng hóa thu nhập hộ gia đình luan an v ABSTRACT Social capital (SC) is one of the five components of livelihood capital Social capital is a resource that aids in the maintenance of long-term livelihoods Individuals and households can enhance their incomes as well as improve their material and spiritual lives by having easy access to social "resources." The thesis looked at many theories relevant to the research issue, with a particular emphasis on sociological theories It has categorized social capital and systematized theories in order to identify research needs The thesis reveals that social capital, which is conducted in households at the meso-level, has not been appropriately considered by researchers, based on the theoretical review To cover research gaps, it focuses on the study of "social capital affecting employment and household income."
