(2) Cultivation techniques affecting yield and quality of sap coconut include fertilizers and fertilization techniques to help improve fruit yield (Vo Van Long, 2007) For the research on solutions to create seedlings, there were many factors affecting the low success rate such as: 10-15% weak germinated embryos, 13-17% of plants had poorly developed roots and young seedlings dead from 9-14% (Pham Thi Phuong Thuy et al., 2016) Therefore, the thesis continues to research on stimulating the development of weak germinating embryos and plants with poorly developed roots in order to improve the success rate of embryo cuture For the solution to research on farming techniques, the thesis chooses to study the effects of fertilizer dosage and type of fertilizer on yield and quality of sap coconuts based on the fertilizer formula of normal sap coconut trees was recommended by Research Institute for Oil and Oil trees of Vietnam Research solution to improve the rate of pollination and fruit set, the thesis chooses to study the method of flower crowning and spraying with Boric acid to help increase self-pollination and increase the percentage of sap coconut fruits on the bunch of groups: Dwarf sap coconut and hybrid sap coconut According to Hanson and Proebsling (1996) flowers had a high need for Bo during bloom for fruit formation Spraying of Bo on flowers was intended to facilitate fertilization, fruit formation and fruit development at an early stage Solar and Štampar 2001 Form the above problems, The thesis "Improving propagation techniques from embryos and methods to increase the percentage of sap fruit of the sap coconuts in Tra Vinh province" 1.2 Research objectives - Improve the success rate of sap coconut propagation by embryo culture method - Improving yields and percentage of sap coconut fruits with embryo cultured sap coconut by cultivation techniques in Tra Vinh province - Assess the current status of factors affecting the rate of sap fruit and compare the profitability of normal coconut models and embryo cultured sap coconut models in Tra Vinh province 1.3 Expected results - Increasing the success rate (embryo/seedling) in the propagation of sap coconut by embryos compared to the present (currently
