tác nghiệp III Mục đích yêu cầu sáng kiến Thực trạng ban đầu trước áp dụng sáng kiến: 1.1 Thực trạng tình hình dạy học - Một số phận trường học dạy học chạy theo thành tích, ý đến việc phát triển lực cho học sinh - Một số trường học thay đổi phương pháp giảng dạy, nhiên ý đến hình thức mà khơng quan tâm đến vấn đề chất trình đổi 1.2 Thực trạng việc giảng dạy môn tiếng Anh: - Vẫn cịn tình trạng dạy ngoại ngữ theo phương pháp truyền thống thực đổi phương pháp giảng dạy giai đoạn hội nhập khu vực, hội nhập quốc tế - Viêc giảng dạy mang tính hàn lâm, lý thuyết, nên học sinh sau học xong chương trình chưa áp dụng điều học vào thực tế - Viêc dạy học theo định hướng lực, đăc biệt dạy kỹ Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing Language use hạn chế, chưa có bước tiến nhiều việc dạy kỹ cho học sinh 2.Sự cần thiết phải áp dụng kiến Bài thi học sinh giỏi văn hóa mơn tiếng Anh địi hỏi học sinh hai kỹ làm trắc nghiệm tự luận Hơn học sinh phải hiểu vận dụng kiến thức ngôn ngữ để giải dạng tập kỹ Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing Hơn nữa, công tác giáo dục mũi nhọn này, muốn đạt kết tốt đòi hỏi người thầy phải hệ thống mảng kiến thức học sinh phát phát huy tính tự học cao Từ thực tế này, người giáo viên dạy bồi dưỡng học sinh giỏi cần phải tìm tịi phương pháp dạy cách phù hợp để học sinh giải dạng đề thi cách hiệu Chính lý nhận thấy thật cần thiết để áp dụng sáng kiến ―Một số kinh tuyển sinh lớp 10 ban tuyển sinh xếp lớp cho học sinh khối 10, tơi tiến hành rà sốt điểm số thi tiếng Anh em, sau tơi liên hệ với ban tuyển sinh xem học sinh đạt điểm cao mơn tiếng Anh có học sinh
