Job Description for Senior Developer Relations Manager NVIDIA is the world leader in Visual Computing and in the last few years, with its unparalleled GPU based computers, has been powering up all of worlds Deep Learning, AI, accelerated analytics, autonomous vehicles and robots around the world Nvidia's customers include global tech-titans and span multiple verticals such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare and others Nvidia is well positioned as the top ‘AI Computing Company’ We are rapidly growing into various verticals as stated above and looking to grow our team with a technical leader The Senior Developer Relations Manager would lead our technical engagements in leading industries such as financial, retail, consumer internet, healthcare, video analytics, manufacturing, HPC applications etc to evangelize Nvidia portfolio of technologies and accelerate its adoption You would have strong technical competence and a leader who can function effectively and independently in a matrixed environment WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Your main responsibility will be to develop a technical business strategy to win GPU and Nvidia platforms' adoption for the selected industries focusing on business priorities You will need to establish relationships and influence the technical leaders and technical community within these vertical You will evangelize and develop our leadership position in this market by accelerating the availability of GPU-accelerated AI applications in the specified market by helping developers understand the value of our hardware products and SDKs in addressing critical business opportunities You will lead participation in targeted customer and industry developer events and activities Chair technical and engineering activities spanning product divisions and sales geographies, particularly with solution architects, DevTech and engineering resources, contribute towards our technical strategy and development of our value messaging for your companies Be the key advisor to how we are differentiated You will become Nvidia technology mentor and focal point for the software developer community and occasionally may need to lend some hands-on technical support WHAT WE NEED TO SEE: • • • • • • • • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, technical or other related discipline or equivalent experience Master's or Ph.D is preferred Intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation Experience in several verticals/industries with good knowledge and trends in the industry Expertise in CUDA programming, GPU platforms and Deep Learning frameworks You will show a deep understanding of who and how to engage the developer’s product and engineering organizations with at least 15+ years related experience At least years in developer relations or business development Able to work independently and you will rely upon your excellent communication skills during customer engagements, and able to communicate opportunities and threats internally Demonstrate that you have an established ability to influence, evangelize and persuade at both operational and executive level (esp engineering/ product management) to achieve a targeted outcome Show that you are able to communicate clearly and concisely to accelerate strategic decisions • • Ability to effectively deliver a value proposition to assist both Nvidia and its partner organizations in financial/retail industry You will ensure a positive experience for external customers and partners while working cross functionally within our organization WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD: • • • • • • • • Multi year experience with a leading AI, Deep Learning and GPU technologies related to AI/ML/DL and GPU Applications domain Strong technical understanding of high-performance computing, database analytics, Deep learning and AI experience highly desirable Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills, using data analysis to support strategic decisions Excellent social, organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Ability to work under stress, interruptions and around tight deadlines You should demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and evidence of your ability to represent NVIDIA externally You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment experiencing rapid growth You're a self-starter with a mindset for growth and continuous learning and a passion to coach others NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers We have some of the most brilliant and talented people in the world working for us If you're creative and autonomous, we want to hear from you!
