in-depth interviews after quantitative research to find out the "inside" information, the nature further from the research conclusions by closing the questionnaire Secondly, in terms of the empirical sampling method, the probability may not be able to fully evaluate the measurement errors from the sampling method Conclusions may, therefore, have certain limitations Thirdly, research is conducted at a time so there is not much basis to assess the changing trends for research issues 68 5.4 NEXT RESEARCH Firstly, the sample size should be expanded, the sampling method according to probability rules will lead to more accurate and more representative conclusions for the whole study Next, long-term, and repetitive studies should be carried out to better assess trends in change Finally, carry out a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods using techniques such as interviews after quantitative research to find out more in-depth information from employees REFERENCES
