3 Advantages and limitations of 88 Group Joint Stock Company in managing sales staff.
After conducting a comprehensive analysis and surveying 76 out of 88 sales staff at 88 Group Joint Stock Company, under the guidance of Ms Nguyen Thi Nguyet, I have identified key strengths and weaknesses that highlight areas needing improvement.
COST
PROJECT ASSESSEMENT AND CONTRIBUTION
One of the primary challenges in organizational management and human resources is the lack of comprehensive professional knowledge This gap in understanding hinders the ability to conduct thorough and detailed analyses of key factors affecting the organization.
Through this project, I learned a lot of the project experience that was lacking, and at the same time realized many lessons to develop my professional knowledge.
One major challenge in understanding business products within a company is the complexity of computer lines, which feature numerous functions and intricate components that are difficult to recall Additionally, the existence of similar models can create confusion, as even minor differences, such as the installation of different chips, can result in significant variations in product pricing.
To enhance customer support, I initially documented the features of each model and subsequently mastered the software to accurately identify machine configurations, ensuring clear and effective guidance for clients.
One significant challenge encountered is the occasional stall in cooperation between the two parties For instance, the time-consuming process of distributing an information questionnaire to employees in the sales department and subsequently gathering their responses can lead to delays, ultimately impacting the project's overall progress.
Solution: I took the time to take the survey in person instead of submitting it online through the media to get the answer as quickly as possible
5.2 Contribution to the company in the international process
During my internship, I effectively fulfilled my assigned tasks, including consulting on products for customers and identifying the root causes of the sales department's performance decline I discovered that a lack of training opportunities for employees was a significant factor Consequently, I recommended to my manager the organization of training courses to enhance the professional knowledge of the sales staff Additionally, I took the initiative to draft an email inviting a speaker to conduct a training session within a suitable budget.
- Plan with everyone to organize a small party between departments on the occasion of International Women's Day Vietnam March 8
Upon completing my internship, I identified several factors affecting the productivity of the sales team and proposed actionable solutions to enhance their efficiency Furthermore, I am eager to continue my journey with the company as a full-time employee, as I believe this environment is ideal for my personal and professional growth.
5.3 Lessons and experience learned from the internship
During my internship, I gained invaluable experiences that enhanced my professional development I learned the importance of cultural behavior among employees, including interactions with bosses and colleagues Additionally, I mastered the art of organizing my tasks effectively, prioritizing what needed immediate attention while managing simultaneous responsibilities My ability to present ideas persuasively improved, and I developed the skill to remain calm during unexpected challenges from my supervisor This enriching experience broadened my understanding of workplace policies and practices, fostering self-awareness regarding my skills and areas for improvement Ultimately, I learned to manage my time efficiently, ensuring that I focused on meaningful activities, which made my internship a truly rewarding experience.

3 Advantages and limitations of 88 Group Joint Stock Company in managing sales staff.
After conducting a thorough fact-finding investigation at 88 Group Joint Stock Company and analyzing survey results from 76 out of 88 sales staff, guided by Ms Nguyen Thi Nguyet, I have identified key strengths and weaknesses that require attention and improvement.
Sales staff go to technology hospitals to learn more skills
The company dedicates every Saturday afternoon to a session focused on enhancing the soft skills of its sales staff, including essential areas such as communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
During my three-month internship with a non-profit organization, I had the opportunity to connect with specialized speakers in training skills I reached out to Nguyen Van Dai, also known as Erik Tho, via email to invite him to conduct a workshop focused on enhancing soft skills for our sales team at the company office.
Write an email to invite speaker Eric Tho to become a training instructor
Erik Tho, a young and dynamic speaker, has quickly risen to success in his career by understanding the psychology of younger generations His engaging communication style captivates audiences, making him a sought-after speaker With a reasonable budget in place, the company has decided to proceed with his invitation to share insights and inspire listeners.

Organizing cultural exchanges between departments
The manager is drafting a proposal for the Board of Directors to implement a new salary payment structure that not only considers the employee's job position but also their individual contribution level This proposed system will involve two salary installments: the first installment will be the basic salary based on the employee's position, while the second installment will be tied to the employee's sales performance This proposal is currently awaiting approval.
The company awards bonuses on the occasion of the holiday 30/4 – 01/05
In April, I received recognition from the sales team leader for my dedication and understanding of our products, particularly in addressing customer issues with sensitive goods This acknowledgment has led to my transition into a full-time position at the company after my internship, fulfilling one of my primary goals from the start I am both happy and satisfied with my contributions to the company.
After 2 months of implementing the policy, the company has made quite good changes, based on the revenue brought from sales staff in the last 3 months As follows:
Table 6.1: Statement of business results (unit: billion dong)
(Source: Accounting and Finance Department)

Customer evaluation of sales staff through Caresoft software
After nearly two months of implementing new salary and bonus policies, along with training programs for sales staff, we have observed positive initial developments Revenue has gradually increased over the following months, and departmental staff are more motivated in their work Additionally, the customer service department has received favorable feedback from customers who recently purchased computers.
One of the primary challenges in organizational management and human resources is the lack of comprehensive professional knowledge This gap in understanding hinders the ability to analyze key factors thoroughly and meticulously, ultimately impacting effective decision-making.
Through this project, I learned a lot of the project experience that was lacking, and at the same time realized many lessons to develop my professional knowledge.
One significant challenge in understanding business products is the complexity of computer lines, which feature numerous functions and intricate components that are difficult to recall Additionally, the existence of similar models can create confusion, especially when two different chips are installed, resulting in varying product prices for seemingly identical machines.
To enhance customer support, I initially documented the features of each model and subsequently mastered the software to accurately determine machine configurations, ensuring clear and effective advice for clients.
One significant challenge is the occasional stagnation in cooperation between the two parties For instance, delays often occur when distributing an information questionnaire to employees in the sales department, leading to wasted time in obtaining responses, which ultimately impacts the project's progress.
Solution: I took the time to take the survey in person instead of submitting it online through the media to get the answer as quickly as possible
5.2 Contribution to the company in the international process
During my internship, I effectively fulfilled my assigned tasks, directly engaging in product consultations for customers and identifying key factors contributing to the sales department's performance decline A major issue was the lack of training opportunities for employees to enhance their professional skills In response, I proposed to management the organization of training courses for the sales team and took the initiative to invite a speaker to conduct a training session, ensuring it adhered to the allocated budget.
- Plan with everyone to organize a small party between departments on the occasion of International Women's Day Vietnam March 8
Upon completing my internship, I identified several factors affecting the sales staff's efficiency and proposed actionable solutions for improvement Additionally, I am eager to continue my journey with the company as a full-time employee, as I believe it offers an ideal environment for my personal and professional growth.
5.3 Lessons and experience learned from the internship
During my internship, I gained invaluable experiences that enhanced my professional skills and cultural understanding in the workplace I learned the importance of effective communication among employees, superiors, and colleagues, while also mastering the art of task organization—prioritizing what needs to be done first and managing simultaneous tasks Additionally, I developed persuasive presentation skills and the ability to remain calm in the face of unexpected challenges This enriching experience not only broadened my knowledge of workplace policies and practices but also helped me identify my skill gaps and focus on personal development Ultimately, my three-month internship taught me the significance of time management, allowing me to lead a more meaningful and productive life.
After analyzing the sales department, I identified two key factors impacting employee performance: the inadequacy of the company's bonus policy and the lack of training programs for skill enhancement To boost the effectiveness of the sales team, it is essential to implement a more suitable bonus structure and introduce comprehensive training courses aimed at improving employees' expertise.
Our training programs feature expert speakers specializing in soft skills development for employees Notably, the current course, led by speaker Eric Tho, has been successfully running for one month and continues to be implemented, enhancing workplace communication and collaboration.
The company is evaluating its salary and bonus policy to align compensation with employee performance, specifically based on the revenue generated each month Additionally, in celebration of International Women's Day in Vietnam, a small exchange ceremony will be organized, featuring thoughtful gifts for both female and male employees.
The impressive achievements of 88 Group are the result of the collective efforts of all employees The company implements policies designed to reward hard work and attract top talent, fostering an environment that stimulates and motivates employee engagement and productivity.
During my internship at 88 Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company, I observed that enhancing employee motivation significantly boosts work efficiency However, there are still areas for improvement With my limited experience, I propose several solutions aimed at increasing the productivity of the sales staff at 88 Vietnam Group I hope my research will provide valuable insights for the company.
