knowledge, an internship is a way that students can practice and develop it by approaching and apply to the field of jobs This is a great chance for students to have an overview of their major as well as the actual status of their major From there, students can understand themselves better The purpose of an internship is not only a condition for university graduation but also a career opportunity and direct exposure to an interpretation major Like other disciplines, the translation – interpretation internship is a necessary activity and plays an important role in the career path of English language students Specifically, students who are oriented towards translation and interpretation When I finish my two-month internship (from December 27, 2021, to February 27, 2022) at MediHud company, I experience and learn a lot of useful lessons There are some meanings of the internship of translation and interpretation Firstly, an internship in translating and interpreting helps language students gain experience working in a real environment Most of the time in the lecture hall, we totally focus on cultivating specialized knowledge Most students only have a brief overview of translation and interpretation and not have many opportunities to interact directly In contrast, the internship period is an occasion that students can apply their knowledge in a real working environment Although the position is an intern, they must complete the assigned work according to the requirements of the company Secondly, this internship helps to create job opportunities and Translating some health articles to prepare the content for a health magazine This was the main activity for my department to prepare for the project and the Board of Management meeting The content of registered to study Because Covid-19 has caused some employees to think at home, the customer department is understaffed leading to an overwhelming amount of work Then, i will summarize the above information into a detailed report Data will be stored on the system and can be extracted at any time Next, i will assist in compiling certificates by region and handing them over to HR ACHIEVEMENTS: difficulties Because the documents to be translated have quite a lot of specialized words In order to complete the job well, i apply the knowledge in the two subjects of Translation and and some brief content of the topic To get a good result, i need to combine translation methods to complete the translation I used various translation methods including literal technique, transposition to avoid missing the main points of those tasks Communication skill I learned to communicate, express, and convey my thoughts as well as information precisely I also learned how to interact effectively with colleagues, host teachers, and students, too Problem solving skills In my internship, i did learn and accumulated experience in problem-solving skills For example, when i experienced an electrical loss, i had to make an idea to handle the situation Hence, i made a suggestion that students should gather in the main hall and sing an English song together This boosted the classroom atmosphere and helped children learn English through those songs Teamwork I had an opportunity to learn how to share work with my colleagues so as to accelerate appointed assignments This was also considered to be an ideal way to deal with the workload by taking advantage of members’ strength points Management and techniques observed There are two main techniques that help make management knowledgeable enough in this field while most of the documents that need to be translated are related to the pharmaceutical industry Solutions: - To solve the above problem, i studied specialized I asked my instructor about things that i wasn't clear on INEFFECTIVE WORK AND TIME MANAGEMENT: Compilation took a long time because i didn't know how to manage the work properly Therefore, the late completion of translations has pushed the progress of the work to be delayed from the beginning of the work It was truly an unforgettable and meaningful time because i accumulated more knowledge and learned many new skills Solutions: - In order to complete the work on time, i worked overtime to get the job done - Learning time management skills and work is also my priority So I searched for this skill information online and asked for a guide from my instructor 4.2 REFLECTION ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT DURING THE INTERNSHIP An internship is a time when i have experienced many new things from which gain a deeper understanding of the industry and work overview Knowledge is so vast that we cannot learn overnight Experiences and skills are the same, we must go through the process of learning and training to develop comprehensively During the internship period, i have accumulated for myself some skills that are absolutely necessary for the process of working Firstly, communication is
