to planning, statistics, control operations on production, finance, human resources Besides, ERP also supports providing in-depth analysis reports and making forecasts, helping managers manage operational components The biggest difference between the ERP software application and the application of many other discrete management software such as accounting software, human resource management, and warehouse management is the integration ERP helps to monitor and manage smoothly, ensuring businesses respond promptly to the continuous changes in the external environment As the backbone of the management of businesses of all sizes and in all industries, ERP software applications help businesses reduce costs, increase competitiveness, and increase profits 1.2 ERP resource planning system ERP is not personalized software for each business but a universal system, built from business best practices Therefore, when applying software, enterprises should change their business processes to suit the software and take advantage of the advantages of the system The most basic distinction of the application of ERP compared to the application of many management software for each function such as accounting, finance, and human resources is the integration ERP is just a single piece of software and its modules perform the same functions as discrete management software, but the modules are closely related to each other like the parts of our body ERP is software that simulates and manages business activities according to processes Depending on specific conditions, enterprises not necessarily need to deploy the whole module system Business processes of enterprises are different but ERP systems have the ability to integrate them into a single application and use a common database. > easily share information, improve communication 1.3 The decisive factors for a successful ERP implementation Includes four basic elements: Human Resources: + Thorough understanding of ideas from leaders to employees Leaders must have a clear vision and strategy Employees must be competent The spirit of solidarity and coordination to achieve a common goal + Establish a strict implementation monitoring and inspection mechanism Procedure: + Conduct a survey, and describe the current process of the business before putting it into ERP implementation + Apply standard ERP processes to the application This process has been widely studied and applied, so it cannot be changed arbitrarily + Choose a reliable software supplier Technology: + Choose the right ERP for your business (infrastructure, technology level…) + Choose an ERP software supplier to ensure the implementation guide, and the implementation process is fast and on schedule + Reduce maintenance costs Budget: + Choose an ERP capable of meeting the needs of the business within 3-5 years while meeting the capacity of the investment budget + Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of investment effectiveness before investing in an ERP system Choose a foreign or Vietnamese company, analyze that company's digital transformation process, evaluate its achievements and difficulties with specific illustrative data Proposing a number of solutions to successfully pass arguments when implementing ERP Feasibility analysis and desired effect (1.5 points) 2.1 Company introduction 2.1.1 General introduction Vinamilk is the short name of Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company) a company that produces and trades milk and dairy products as well as associated equipment in Vietnam Established on August 20, 1976, up to now, Vinamilk has become the leading company in Vietnam in processing and supplying dairy products, ranked in the Top 10 strong brands in Vietnam Vinamilk does not use people who own 75% of the domestic milk market share but exports its products to many countries around the world such as the USA, Canada, and France, Commitment to international quality, Vinamilk quality the used list of conquering everyone regardless of the limitations of the Vinamilk brand The integration owner, Vinamilk has prepared from human resources to facilities and business capabilities to enter the market of WTO countries in a golden way with a mark bearing the Vietnamese brand After more than 40 years of launching, Vinamilk has built 14 factories and factories so far 2.1.2 Overview of the business Vinamilk is currently the leading enterprise in the dairy industry, accounting for more than 54.5% market share of liquid milk, 40.6% market share of powdered milk, 33.9% market share of drinking yogurt, 84.5% market share of yogurt, and 79.7% market share of special milk nationwide At this show, Vinamilk's business fields are very diverse, including: • Producing and trading in canned milk, milk powder, nutritional powder, and dairy products;
