the state management of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development, the researcher conducted a survey to collect opinions of 310 managers in tourism and tourism enterprises The results obtained are as follows: : Tourism resources are assessed as the factor that has the strongest influence on the state management of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development; Economic, political and social conditions; Perspectives and guidelines for sustainable tourism development; State management capacity for sustainable tourism development; Infrastructure and technical facilities for sustainable tourism development and finally the sense of responsibility of tourists, tourism establishments and local people all affect the state management of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development 3.4 General assessment of state management status of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development 3.4.1 Successes and causes * Success Firstly, the formulation and discipline in activities in the province * Causes The results in the state management of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development as above are due to: - Mechanisms, policies and laws of SOLUTIONS TO INCREASE STATE MANAGEMENT OF THANH HOA PROVINCE WITH SUSTAINABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT 4.1 Viewpoints and orientations to strengthen the state management of Thanh Hoa province for sustainable tourism development 4.1.1 The context of tourism development in Vietnam during the Covid-19 epidemic situation According to the General Statistics Office (2020), Vietnam's tourism has suffered extremely heavy losses due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic For the first time, the tourism industry recorded a sharp decline in the number of international and domestic tourists due to
