A. Ban Tài nguyên California
Ban Tài ngun Khơng khí California (CARB) u cầu các hệ thống lưu trữ trên mặt đất ở tiểu bang đó phải đáp ứng việc thu hồi hơi Giai đoạn I và Giai đoạn II để giảm lượng khí thải có thể dẫn đến ơ nhiễm khơng khí.
Một số tiểu bang và khu vực đơ thị bên ngồi California đã áp dụng các yêu cầu CARB khác để cải thiện chất lượng khơng khí địa phương. Nếu bạn đang chỉ định AST cho một khu vực thành phố lớn mà trước đây đã được trích dẫn về mức độ ozone hoặc NOx cao, bạn nên kiểm tra với bất kỳ cơ quan nào có thẩm quyền để điều chỉnh các nguồn phát thải hơi tiềm ẩn.
