5.1. KẾT LUẬN
Từ năm 2013 đến nay, tổng cộng 18906 trường hợp chĩ đến khám chữa bệnh và sử dụng các dịch vụ tại phịng khám Thú y GAIA. Trong đĩ, cĩ 135 ca bệnh viêm tử cung trong tổng số cĩ 910 ca sản khoa;
Khi đánh giá trên những chĩ mắc bệnh viêm tử cung, nhận thấy:
Chĩ mắc bệnh viêm tử cung dạng hở phổ biến hơn so với dạng kín (58,52% so với 41,48%);
Giống chĩ ngoại (114 chĩ) cĩ số lượng mắc bệnh viêm tử cung cao hơn so với giống chĩ nội (21 chĩ);
Nhĩm chĩ dưới 1 tuổi cĩ số lượng mắc bệnh viêm tử cung thấp hơn so với nhĩm chĩ từ 1 tuổi trở lên;
Các chĩ đã đẻ nhiều lứa cĩ số lượng mắc viêm tử cung thấp hơn so với những chĩ khơng cho sinh sản hoặc đẻ ít lứa;
Sử dụng phương pháp phương pháp điều trị bảo tồn và phương pháp phẫu thuật cắt tử cung buồng trứng đều mang lại hiệu quả cao với tỷ lệ khỏi lần lượt là 90,80% và 71,88%.
5.2. KIẾN NGHỊ
Nên sử dụng biện pháp triệt sản cho những chĩ khơng cĩ ý định sinh sản nhằm giảm tỷ lệ mắc bệnh viêm tử cung.
Sử dụng phương pháp phẫu thuật ngoại khoa trong điều trị bệnh viêm tử cung là phương pháp tối ưu hiện nay.
