It is also noticeable that both companies used the biggest amount of money on television commercials, with Acme spending $250,000 while the figure for Famous was $200,000. There was $ 125,000 being allocated by Acme on newspaper advertising, the second most common type, whereas $75,000 was the amount that Famous used. In contrast, Famous spent twice as much on the Internet as Acme, at $ 100,000 and $ 50,000 respectively. Meanwhile, billboard promotions in both enterprises accounted for the smallest amount of about $ 25,000 each.
