In this assignment, groups will have the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to work with others based on their group understanding and group dynamics. In groups of different formats, individuals are required to participate in some class activity to test group theory and group work (e.g. Belbin, Tuckman and hard or soft skills) and be effective. of them to achieve the goals and objectives set. Reflection report identifies challenges and obstacles encountered in activities and it is contextualized into strategies for achieving common goals objectives. During this process, individuals are also asked to analyze the various factors and skills that support or prevent effective teamwork does research and implementation, demonstrating an understanding of how to effectively collaborate with others and applying organizational concepts and philosophies to a given business situation.

procedures or policies Not only does organizational behavior provide a roadmap for human resources and supervisors to manage more effectively, it also helps employees navigate an organization’s culture When a strong model of organizational behavior is in place, employees can understand themselves better and know how they can best flourish inside an organization And managers are better able to predict how employees might react under differing circumstances and adjust accordingly Creating a relationships culture are employees where cooperative, feel valued and companies flourish is at the
