Tiến hành quét chống thấm theo quy trình phê duyệt Fosroc brusbond FLXIII vật liệu khác tương đương chấp thuận, quét cho toàn sàn quét cao lên tường 300mm, khu vực tắm quét cao lên tường 1800mm - Do waterproofing follow approved method by Fosroc brusbond FLXIII or other approved equivalent material, Waterproof floor and upturn to wall 300mm, upturn to wall 1800mm at shower area or approved equivalent material refer to MOS of waterproofing 4、Ngâm nước lần kiểm tra sau chống thấm xong (chỉ áp dụng khu vực ẩm ướt)/ 2nd water soaking for waterproofing ponding test (wet area): - Ngâm nước để kiểm tra bắt đầu 12 sau hồn thành cơng việc chống thấm Ngâm nước để kiểm tra kéo dài 72 Độ sâu ngâm nước tối thiểu 100mm - Water soaking should be started after 12 hours of Waterproofing work completion Water soaking should last for 72 hours Minimum water depth is 100mm 5、Xác định cao độ cán – Confirm screeding & tiling level : - Thoát sau ngâm nước lần kiểm tra sau quét chống thấm (chỉ áp dụng khu vực ẩm ướt) - Drain off water after finishing 2nd water soaking (wet area) - Để xác định ghém cao độ cán sàn dựa theo đường mực chuẩn gửi lên tường cao độ +1.0 m vẽ thi công phê duyệt Lưu ý xác định cao độ cán phải tính tốn chừa lại chiều dày viên gạch lát + keo dán gạch -
