(1)Week: 15 Period: 43 Date of preparation: 01/12/2012 Date of teaching: 04/12/2012 UNIT 7: MY NEIGHBORHOOD LESSON 3: READ I OBJECTIVES: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to: - Understand the passage about Tran Phu Shopping Mall - Develop their reading skill II PREPARATIONS: Book, cassette tape III PROCEDURES: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities (2) Warm – Up: (5’)  Guessing the words: a place where you can buy everything (market / supermarket) a place where you can buy vegetables and fruit (grocery store) a place where you can buy books (book store) a place where you can come and eat (restaurant) a place where you can see a movie.(movie theater/ cinema) a person who comes to the store and buys something (customer) Pre – Reading: (5’) - Ask questions: a Do you like going shopping?
