(3) Yes, I have Các dấu hiệu nhận biết: - Present perfect + for+ a period of time Ex: I have known him for five years - Present perfect + since+ a point in time Ex: I haven’t seen her since 2005 just, recently, lately: gần đây vừa ever: đã never: chưa already: yet: chưa so far= until now= up to now= up to the present: bây Ngoài động từ còn chia theo ngữ cảnh * Note: Phân biệt thì quá khứ đơn và thì hoàn thành - Hai thì này dùng để mô tả hành động đã xảy quá khứ Khi có điểm thời gian xác định, hay ngữ cảnh văn người đọc, người nghe có thể hiểu thời điểm diễn hành động hay bối cảnh hành động, ta dùng thì quá khứ đơn Ex1: Last summer, my father promissed to buy my sister a piano She was very delighted to hear this - Hành động hứa chia thì quá khứ vì có thời gian xác định: Last summer Câu có chứa động từ To Be (delighted) không có điểm thời gian kèm, qua ngữ cảnh văn bản, ta biết thời điểm xảy hành động nên dùng thì quá khứ Ex2: - Have you been to HCMC? - Yes, I have - Câu không có thời điểm chính xác hành động, người nói và người nghe hiểu thời điểm đó nằm quá khứ ngữ cảnh của việc đến thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - Khi không có chứng nói trên, ta dùng thì hoàn thành Ex3: I don’t know you’ve met * Exercises: 20’ Ex1: Put the verbs into present perfect or the past simple A: - I (lose) my black gloves You (see) them anywhere?
