Trung tâm Y tế huyện Phong Điền giai đoạn 2017-2018 (Assessment of factors that affected prescription for outpatients with health insurance at Phong Dien Medical Center during the period of 2017-2018) Ths Võ Thị Mỹ Hương TÓM TẮT Mục tiêu: Việc lạm dụng thuốc xảy nhiều sở y tế Việt Nam có nhiều yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến việc kê đơn thuốc bác sĩ Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá tình hình kê đơn thuốc cho bệnh nhân yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến kê đơn bác sĩ Đối tượng phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang với 300 đơn thuốc ngoại trú 30 phiếu khảo sát bác sĩ Trung tâm Y tế huyện Phong Điền, thành phố Cần Thơ giai đoạn 2017 – 2018 Kết quả: Số thuốc trung bình đơn thuốc 5,8 Có 35,6%, 31,7% 36,7% đơn thuốc có kê kháng sinh, corticosteroid vitamin Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng nhiều đến kê đơn hướng dẫn chẩn đoán frequently occurred at health facilities in Vietnam Many factors affect prescribing of physicians This study was carried out to investigate the patterns outpatient prescription and the effect factors on prescription of doctors Subject and method: Using cross-sectional study with total 300 outpatient drug prescriptions and 30 questionnaires of physicians were collected from Phong Dien Medical Center, Can Tho city during the period of 2017-2018 Results: The average number of drugs in each prescription was 5.8, with 35.6% antibiotics, 31.7% corticosteroids, 36.7% vitamin The factors that affect prescribing of physician are the Ministry of Health’s Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines, clinical examination and side effects Conclusion: In general, there were many inadequacies in dispensing medicines for outpatients in General Hospital of O Mon district Subjects and methods: Subjects of the study were outpatients or their family members having medical treatment under health insurance coverage in O Mon District General Hospital, Can Tho City We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study, with the size of 300 samples Results: The indications of drug distribution:
