VII PREPOSITIONS OF TIME – GIƠI TƯ CHỈ THƠI GIAN

* At (lúc, vào lúc): dùng nói cho thời gian ngày dịp lễ

VIII WISH SENTENCES – CÂU ƯỚC AO: Mệnh đề phụ sau động từ Wish (ước ao, mong ước) thường dùng để diễn tả ước muốn trái với thực tế tại, tương lai, khứ những tưởng tượng khơng có thật Có loại câu ước ao:

I FUTURE WISH: (ước muốn tương lai): để mong ước điều trở nên khác thay đổi tương lai, ta có cơng thức:

S + wish + Future in the past (Tương lai khứ) S + would / could /should / might + V

Ex: We won’t live in Dalat  We wish we would live in Dalat.

II PRESENT WISH (Ước muốn tại): diễn tả điều mong ước trái với thật tại, ta có cơng thức:

S + wish + Past Subjunctive (Quá khứ giả định) S + V2 (be=were cho ngôi)
