The research examines the relationship between satisfaction level of employees in the work and the elements of working environment including: Income; Working condition; Management; Colleague relationship; Nature of work; Training and promotion These relationships are verified with a sample size of 178 employees working in small and medium enterprises in Nghe An province The results show that except for the factor of training and promotion, the remaining factors affect the level of satisfaction in the work ofthe employees In particular, the factor of Management and Colleague relationship have the greatest impact
