By quantitative research method, the author carries out a survey of 150 Japanese tourists to Vietnam, mainly men at the age from 45 to 60, in order to understand their actual assessment of marketing mix policy at four travel companies which are OSC Vietnam Travel (OSC), Apex Travel (Apex), Saigon Tourist, NTD Travel Company (NTD) On that basis, solutions are provided to develop effective marketing-mix strategies for Vietnamese travel companies
