brands and their target audiences My Personal Learning Objectives are having more resilience in the workplace, creating conflict resolution and improving teamwork spirit at workplace In terms of being more resilient, after months of internship, I found myself calmer when facing any unexpected changes Besides, I also received a lot of constructive feedback or criticism from my supervisor but practiced to not take anything personally At first, I felt pressured of it but then, I focused more on the feedback points so I could improve later Next, as regards the conflict resolution, I believe I have also improved my communication skill in the urgent situations when things are not aligned with timeline I am better at noticing to clients’ pain points so I can effectively persuade suppliers to work on revising the media products Besides, since I work directly with Ms Joyce – the company general manager, I see myself having ability to quickly adapt with her working pace by ask her questions and non-stop learn from what goes wrong Not to mention that I have gained much knowledge from senior staffs by them opening up and giving me helpful advice whenever I work on reporting and paper works Being an account intern has helped me to achieve my learning objectives I directly assist to Ms Joyce, the company general manager in daily account work such as following up with suppliers, checking on client’s feedback toward artwork, contents and doing report after finishing a project I am also responsible for providing administrative support to her such as making advance or reimbursement request for suppliers when they finishing their services based on contract Besides, handling media queries and contacting are also my tasks and I need to create a list of potential partners then call and mail them to communicate further for collaboration Whenever we needed to pitch with potential client, I would have to request quotation with different suppliers, then we will negotiate the prize before signing the contract and coordinating with each other As a newbie coming to a new environment, I was anxious at first since there were so many unexpected events happening in a daily basis For instance, when I was in charge of following up the supplier to prepare the properties for media shooting, one day before shooting, client was not satisfied with the prepared clothes for actress and asked for another option I had to immediately work with stylists to find out the most suitable items then get approval from the client Another time, when I needed to support KOLs with their review contents for product, I got so much pressure of meeting timeline Persuade KOLs to adjust their videos based on client’s requirement was not an easy task That process took me so much effort and patience to effectively communicate back and forth between parties From those experience, I have learnt to sooth myself and look for problem solutions whenever challenges come instead of being panic Below are some of my so far achievements when working at Jolen Consulting: Getting positive feedback and compliment from mentor (Ms Joyce) in my first internship review meeting Successfully reach the KPIs (30,000 reach, 2000 engagement) of two social media ads running on Facebook from 7th-20th December, 2020 Successfully coordinating with KOLs and getting approval from client to publish review posts on social media in December, 2020 Planning outline and creating 12 contents for client’s January fan page post Meet the deadline for every task I have been in charge of Successfully persuade to collaborate with an international school to hold an upcoming webinar event running in January 2021 If I were to internship over again, I would add one more objective: Be more detailedoriented since I have found that details can really make a huge impact on your results whether it’s good or bad When I first worked at company, I made a lot of mistakes related to the details on documents Moreover, clients always pursue the perfection so it will take you much time on revising if you don’t pay attention to every little details ...
