Starbucks focuses on quality and a good customer experience Starbucks offers many great options Advantage : Most profitable Customer receives the service and quality that is worth the money spent. Disadvantages Starbucks has many competitors with the quality of such products and services such as: Highland Coffee, Phuc Long, ... so Value Based Pricing will be hard. Vietnams coffee market is quite competitive. So for many customers will choose cheaper coffee products instead of paying large sums of money for your service.
