Luận án tiến sĩ Y học: Nghiên cứu mật độ khoáng của xương và các yếu tố nguy cơ gãy xương ở phụ nữ mãn kinh tại Thành phố Rạch Giá, tỉnh Kiên Giang

Mục tiêu của luận án là Khảo sát mật độ khoáng của xương bằng phương pháp DXA và xác định tỷ lệ loãng xương cùng các yếu tố nguy cơ liên quan đến loãng xương ở phụ nữ mãn kinh tại Thành phố Rạch Giá, tỉnh Kiên giang. Xác định các yếu tố nguy cơ gãy xương và dự báo nguy cơ gãy xương qua hai mô hình Frax và Garvan. Nghiên cứu cũng so sánh giá trị tiên lượng của hai mô hình Garvan và FRAX, và đối chiếu với chỉ định điều trị theo khuyến cáo và phác đồ điều trị hiện hành.
