Bài viết nghiên cứu ức chế sự tăng sinh của tế bào gan bằng cách nuôi chuột với chế độ ăn có chứa 2- acetylaminofluorene (AAF) đồng thời tiến hành phẫu thuật cắt 2/3 gan nhằm kích thích sự tăng sinh của tế bào gốc (TBG) (mô hình AAF/PT) nhằm xây dựng mô hình làm tăng sinh TBG trên chuột cống Fisher F344.
