WARM-UP: (7’) - Ask a pupil to retell the main points of Marie Curie’s background to the class, the others note down these things about Marie Curie. - Call a pupil to remark the fields about Marie Curie from the passage. 2. WARM-UP: (5’) - Ask a couple of Ss to go to the board to ask and answer about their background and experience. - Ask the pupils in the class to note down the information in the dialogue. - Call a S to tell about his/her background to the class. 2. Aims: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to - pronounce the sounds /e/ and /æ/ correctly - use the past perfect tense appropriately and distinguish it with the past simple tense. II.
