Giới thiệu về giải pháp sàn nhẹ Uboot Giải pháp sàn nhẹ Uboot là giải pháp sàn nhẹ hai phương toàn khối sử dụng các hộp nhựa định hình tạo rỗng Uboot để tạo rỗng cho sàn, các hộp này xếp song song với nhau tạo thành các hệ dầm chìm chữ I đan xen theo hai phương vuông góc. Biện pháp thi công này được biên soạn dựa trên các tài liệu hướng dẫn thi công, nghiệm thu và đặc thù riêng của sàn Uboot. 1.1 Khái niệm hộp Uboot Uboot là hộp định hình tạo rỗng được làm từ nhựa porypropylen tái sinh, sử dụng trong kết cấu sàn và móng bè. Sử dụng hộp Uboot để tạo nên sàn rỗng phẳng vượt nhịp lớn, tiết kiệm vật liệu và tăng tính thẩm mỹ cho công trình. 1.2 Cấu tạo hộp Uboot Uboot có cấu tạo đặc biệt với dang hình hộp và 4 chân hình côn. Có 02 dạng là hộp đơn và hộp đôi. Ngoài ra, giữa các hộp được liên kết với nhau theo 2 phương vuông góc bởi các thanh nối. Thép sàn Uboot có cấu tạo gồm: Một lớp thép dưới, và ở giữa các khoang hở là các thép gia cường. Thép gia cường được lắp đặt theo thiết kế, phụ thuộc vào đặc điểm của từng công trình. Việc hộp Uboot vào thùng bê tông không làm việc làm giảm trọng lượng của sàn, cho phép sàn vượt nhịp lớn, giảm lượng bê tông và thép sử dụng. Sàn Uboot được ứng dụng trong sàn phẳng không dầm vượt nhịp cũng như chịu trọng tải lớn. Với trọng lượng nhẹ, tính cơ động cũng như mô đun đa dạng, người thiết kế có thể thay đổi thông số kỹ thuật khi cần trong mọi trường hợp để phù hợp với các yêu cầu kiến trúc.
