SUMMARY An experiment was conducted to determine suitable levels of urea to be supplemented in beef cattle diets with pineapple pulp silage. A total of 20 growing Brahman cattle of 131 kg BW on the average were randomly allotted to one of four groups. The control diet (group 1) was formulated replacing 40% elephant grass with pineapple pulp silage. In the other diets, 1%, 2%, and 3% urea were supplemented respectively for group 2, group 3 and group 4. In addition, each cattle in all groups was given 1 kg concentrate and free access to drinking water. Results showed that supplementing urea in the diets with pineapple pulps resulted in better dry matter intake compared to the control. Supplementing 1%, 2%, 3% urea to the control diet increased daily weight gain from 60 to 162 gram/head/day (P
