MỤC ĐÍCH 1. Cung cấp danh mục các thuốc dùng theo đường uống không nên nhai nghiền trong khi sử dụng 2. Cung cấp các giải pháp để sử dụng an toàn hiệu quả các thuốc trong danh mục cho những bệnh nhân không thể nuốt nguyên viên thuốc. NGUYÊN TẮC CHUNG Các thuốc không nên nhai nghiền khi uống bao gồm: 1. Các thuốc có dạng bào chế đặc biệt hoặc kỹ thuật bào chế đặc biệt nhằm mục tiêu kiểm soát giải phóng hoạt chất; bảo vệ dược chất hoặc che dấu mùi vị. 2. Các hóa chất ung thư không được phép nhai nghiền khi uống. Nếu cần nghiền và pha chế, thuốc sẽ do khoa Dược thực hiện tại phòng pha chế
