Nội-Toserco) 1.1 Khái quát trình hình thành phát triển Công ty Du lịch Dịch vụ Nội (Hà Nội-Toserco) công ty du lịch tạo danh tiếng thị trường nước quốc tế, tên công ty có Guidebook du lịch nước Được phép hoạt động từ năm 1988, chức kinh doanh du lịch, dịch vụ địa bàn Nội Công ty Du lịch Dịch vụ Nội (Hà Nội-Toserco) đơn vị kinh doanh trực thuộc Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố Nội, chịu quản lý nhà nước lịch Dịch vụ Nội Trung tâm Du lịch Nội thành lập theo Quyết định 637/QĐ - UB, cấp ngày 10/02/1993, giấy phép kinh doanh lữ hành quốc tế 57/GPDL, cấp ngày 09/06/1993, giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh số 105719, cấp ngày 20/03/1993 Trung tâm du lịch đơn vị kinh doanh độc lập chịu quản lý giám đốc công ty, Trung tâm kinh doanh chủ yếu lữ hành nội địa lữ hành quốc tế Chức nhiệm vụ: - Tổ chức quản lý kinh doanh đội ngũ xe mà công ty giao cho trung tâm - Trực tiếp ký kết hợp đồng với tổ chức kinh doanh du lịch nước quốc tế Tổ chức chương trình du lịch - Thực nghĩa vụ đóng thuế khoản khác có liên nội địa đến với Trung tâm Du lịch Nội tăng lên nhiều Để có điều khách du lịch đến với Trung tâm nhận thái độ đón tiếp niềm nở cán công nhân viên với chương trình du lịch hấp dẫn, chất lượng phục vụ tốt Các chương trình du lịch nội địa Trung tâm chia làm hai: Chương trình du lịch chủ động chương trình du lịch theo yêu cầu khách Open tour + City tour: Đây mảng mà Trung tâm thu kết cao toàn hoạt
