The WHAT of the workshop • CS4HS is a Google funded workshop to expose “secondary” teachers to computing • Many different formats/topics offered at approximately two dozen locations around the country • Our workshop will focus on Scratch (more on that in a bit) The WHAT of the workshop • I know I just asked you to mention it but… – Show of hands • How many of you have taken at least one semester of computer programming? • How many of you are comfortable doing computer programming?
