TOPIC 5: A HOLIDAY Nowadays, taking a holiday every year is becoming quite common for Vietnamese people. I have had quite many good holidays, but the holiday I enjoyed most was the trip to Hue 10 years ago. I went there with my father. It took about 30 minutes by plane to go to Hue. The plane landed at Phu Bai airport. We stayed at the Union Hotel in 4 days. My father and I travelled many places and ate a lot of food in Hue. We visited Thien Mu pagoda, took a boat on the Huong river, listened to the royal “nha nhac”, dropped flowerlight on the river. I ate a lot of typical food of Hue such as: “banh tet”, “com hen”, etc. ... The thing I liked the most is the Royal Castle. It is the largest existing monument of the feudal period in Vietnam. This is where the emperors of the Nguyen Dynasty lived and worked. When I visited there, I reminded the history of the country and loved my country more. Hue people were also very friendly, Hue women’s voice were very sweet and lovely. I hope I will have many exciting holiday like the holiday in Hue.
