TOPIC 3: A CITYA COUNTRY Sample 1: There are many beautiful cities in Vietnam but the city I like the most is Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. This city is situated in the North of Vietnam. It’s a political, economic, cultural center of Vietnam. There are many beautiful sceneries in Hanoi, such as Van Mieu, Mot Cot Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Rua Tower, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc… Hanoi is famous for its cuisine. There are many food and drink that people can enjoy in Hanoi. Travellers can eat “pho” in Bat Dan street, “bun cha” in Hang Manh street or drink some coffee in Hang Hanh street. Vietnam is a country of peace, so is Hanoi. People in Hanoi are very friendly, lovely and kind. Visitors can get help easily when they have trouble. The most interesting thing about Hanoi is walking through the “Old Street” and Hoan Kiem lake. To walk through the “Old Street”, you can learn about the history of Hanoi and know some traditional handicrafts of ancient Hanoi. To walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, you can see Rua Tower, the heart of Hanoi and feel the atmosphere of romance. I love Hanoi because I was born, grew up, studied and have been working here. My childhood stuck with changes of Hanoi. Although I go anywhere, I still remember my country.

interesting things in Dalat but I think the most famous thing is strawberry Visitors can find this fruit everywhere in the city Strawberries in Dalat are very sweet, delicious and can be made into many kinds of food, such as jam, sugar, biscuit, candy, etc… Besides, when I visited Dalat by motorbike, I saw many breathtaking sceneries Fuzzy mountains, vast fields, deep green forests made me feel
