Group I ‘s presentation Group Members • Nguyễn Thị Như Thảo • Phạm Thị Mai • Võ Thị Phương • Lê Thị Mai Hoa Reasons why Vietnamese English teacher choose the GTM as dominant method They like to be the authority in class , all the activities in classroom are under teacher’s control so they can conduct the lesson smoothly without troubles form students Using the GTM means that the teachers can use mother tongue in teaching so they don’t need prepare well for their lesson It also doesn’t require special skills as other methods Classes with big size , without modern equipment even the lack of facility Mixed levels of the students To pass two important entrance exams -
