Bill Clinton Đến nay, lịch sử gần lặp lại, quyền đại diện cho chuyển giao quyền lực người chủ tòa Bạch Ốc mà đại diện cho thay đổi quyền kiểm soát hai Đảng Nhà Trắng Nước Mỹ bước vào thập kỷ thứ hai
