BODY/ DEVELOPMENT

| INTRODUCTION

As far as we know, playing sport can have many positive and negative effects on individuals, impacting many different aspects of physical, mental and social health Nowadays, some sports have become widely popular globally However, a sport's popularity can vary significantly depending on geographic location, regional and cultural preferences Each sport will have aé different playing rule and regulations Different sports also require a diverse set of skills, and the specific skills needed depend on the nature of the sport Developing a combination of the skills contributes to an athlete's overall competence and success in their chosen sport The most important aspect is to have fun and enjoy the experience As you become more comfortable with the sport, you can progressively challenge yourself and set new goals

In my own words, in its simplest understanding, Sports represent a physical or intellectual competition in form of single, player vs player

or team vs team contests, taking place in casual or organized events, aimed to decide who is going to utilize their skills in the best way possible in order to achieve the ultimate goal — which is to win

The development of modern machinery and technology makes people become sedentary and gradually forget the wonderful effects that physical activity brings to health Why do we have to exercise and play sports regularly and moderately? Playing sports really brings great benefits to the body It not only helps you control your weight to have

a toned body, keeps you physically healthy, but also helps you improve your mental health Below are some benefits that exercise brings that

we can easily see when playing sports regularly

1 Improve physical healthy:

We can easily see that people who often play sports are in good health and exercising is a great way to improve physical health When playing sports, muscles are continuously exercised, helping to increase the body's strength and endurance, helping us perform daily activities more easily, reducing the risk of injury and improving mobility dynamic Playing sports and exercising often helps us eliminate toxins in the body through sweating Playing sports helps our bodies tone and reduce a significant amount of excess body fat, making us more confident about our bodies Playing sports also helps the heart work more effectively, increases blood circulation and improves cardiovascular health Regular exercise helps reduce

the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, heart attack and stroke In addition, playing sports often helps strengthen the immune system and fight diseases

A healthy immune system helps the body fight bacteria, viruses and other harmful agents And it also helps our bodies stay supple and flexible If you do not play sports and exercise regularly when you are young, then by middle age, your muscles will begin to degenerate and will no longer be flexible and healthy

3 Improving memory and concentration

Physical activity helps increase heart rate, promoting blood circulation in the body, including the brain Oxygen-rich blood helps deliver essential nutrients to brain cells, helping to improve cognitive function, including memory and concentration A flexible brain, good concentration and memory make learning and working easier
