Vietnam’s economy is increasingly developing This fact is evaluated based on the continuous development of organizations, businesses and companies in Vietnam, particularly those in the technology and digital sectors In order to study this topic, our group has selected FPT Corporation, a leading technology organization in Vietnam
We will choose to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the working invironment in this company There are several reasons for choosing FPT to study this topic Firstly, FPT is a pioneer in digital transformation and a leader in consulting, providing and deploying technology and telecommunications services and solutions They help clients in 30 countries and regions around the globe realize their technology-driven business development strategies and goals Secondly, with over three decades of experience in implementing projects on a global scale, FPT helps their clients overcome challenges and barriers and achieve peak performance in their digital transformation journey Finally, based on the latest technologies of AI, Big Data, Cloud, Automation and IoT , they offer advanced technology solutions and services to help customers operate proactively and flexibly in all situations With these reasons, we believe FPT is a suitable object for our group discussion topic Our discussion may still have many shortcomings We sincerely longing for your feedbacks to amend and make improvements on our next discussions We are grateful for all your attention and suggetions!

as F-Ville, F-Town, FPT Complex to create a creative working environment to help employees maximize their abilities Moreover, FPT prioritizes work performance and the physical and mental well-being of its employees State-of-the-art facilities, including gyms, swimming pools, and relaxation areas, support a healthy work-life balance The organization frequently organizes team-building and wellness activities, promoting social cohesion and enhancing employee satisfaction In the near future, the group will also create "FPT villages" in Japan and the US so that employees can enjoy full benefits
2 2 Diversity, equity and inclusion:
The difference of FPT is in the core values of the organization with "Respect -Innovation - Teamwork - Fairness - Exemplary - Wisdom" which is considered an indispensable part of FPT's GENES, the spirit and strength of FPT's solidarity FPT always respects, understands and accepts people as they are, both strengths and weaknesses, both good and imperfect points, at the same time, creates maximum conditions for members to develop themselves and their ambitions, thereby improving the quality of resources With 47% of the workforce being Gen Z, in the coming time, the Gen Z force will continue to increase and become the main workforce in the future, with differences compared to previous generations and breakthrough potential
