Bước 3: Hiển thị kết quả Đánh giá:
-Phần 1: Hiển thị kết quả tóm tắt dưới dạng liệt kê thông tin về trình tự blast tìm được trong cơ sở dữ liệu với các giá trị Score, E – value; giá trị Query cover cao nhất là 98%.
- Phần 2: Hiển thị kết quả tóm tắt dưới dạng đồ hoạ hình ảnh màu của các trình tự có độ tương đồng được sắp xếp từ cao đến thấp Trong hình có màu đỏ, chứng tỏ vùng mức độ bắt cặp tốt.

- Phần 3: Hiển thị kết quả so sánh chi tiết từng cặp trình tự (giữa Query- trình tự nhập vào để phân tích tính tương đồng và mỗi trình tự được blast tìm được trong cơ sở dữ liệu)

Sau 3 phần đánh giá tạm thời kết luận Mẫu 1.1 là chi Bacillus (Bacillus sp.)
Tiếp đến tiến hành vẽ sơ đồ cây của Mẫu 1.1 và các trình tự của Accession number để nâng cao độ chính xác của việc xác định loài.
Câu 4: Xây dựng cây di truyền các accession number trên để khẳng định kết luận loài từ trình tự của mẫu 1.1
