1.1 Purpose:

This document provides a summary of the project's objectives, division of work,the major milestones, required resources, time and overall schedule and budgetallocation used and based on the document proposal to build a dating websiteapplication on time, at the request and plan

2.2 Role and Responsibility:

Owner

Understanding users and customers:

o Research and understand the needs and desires of customers using hotel services

o Market analysis and tourism industry trends

o Identify problems and opportunities to improve customer experience

Collaborate with the development team:

o Clearly communicate feature and functional requirements of hotel-related products and services (for example: online booking system, mobile application for customers, )

o Participate in meetings and give feedback to the development process

o Provide necessary information and answer questions from the development team

Stakeholder management:

o Keep in touch and update information with relevant parties such as management, hotel departments, service providers,

o Resolve issues that arise between relevant parties

Describe user experience and product features:

o Sketch and preliminary design of customer experience when using hotel-related products and services

o Determine required features and prioritize development order

o Provide references and detailed instructions to the development team

Provide detailed user stories:

o Identify actual situations of customers when using products and services

o Describe the customer's actions and goals in each situation
